Colette has been teaching yoga for 10 years. She trained with Simon Low of the Yoga Academy and continued her professional development, with training in various yoga disciplines. She gained a diploma in Ayurveda from Dr Deepa Apte and is a trained chef with a passion for holistic health cusine.
She is committed to helping people skilfully navigate life’s changes through effective self-care. Having moved from London she now teaches locally in Warwickshire and at Ayurvedic Retreat Centre the Clover Mill in tThe Malverns.
Her approach is to use the tools of Yoga and its sister science, Ayurveda as an anchor, to develop mindfulness, aid awareness, and help people find and stay connected to their true selves.
Using the tools of healting sound, posturesm breath, healing touch and ritual, she harnesses the energetics of these techniques, to craft intelligent sessions based on working in harmony with the season and client needs.
